Welcome!
As many of you are aware of, I have recently relocated to Virginia Beach. As
summer quickly approaches, I am truly excited to be here. The sky is blue, the
grass is green, the air smells of ocean salt, trees have returned to life. Life is
good.
It also reminds me that everything has a season and that there is a rhythm to life.
Sometimes we may become so involved in life’s daily events, that we forget the
ebb and flow of our lives.
This got me thinking that it might be fun to create this newsletter to stay in
Healings of the Heart. I hope you enjoy reading.
Empowered Women in TrainingTM - Here is a community of women for women.
A place where women can come to feel safe, nurtured, loved and truly cared for
without judgment. Whether you are a survivor of domestic violence, sexual

What’s New!
These are wonderful times right now and so many new chain of events have taken
place. Such things as the Energetic Body Scan which brings insight and healing
available. New tele-classes are quickly becoming the popular choice for learning a
variety of techniques. Watch for many new classes becoming available.
