What is past life regression? A past life regression is the process of “de-sensitizing” these stuck or blocked memories that bring forth the opportunity for healing to occur. It holds the key to our present and our future lives. Employing the process of hypnosis and past life regression therapy opens these doors through which the keys of our past lives and brings them into the light for desensitization to occur. Spiritual evolvement, through the process of it’s lessons and purpose and a deeper understanding of how this effects us in our current lifetime can bring answers to many of our current life’s situations. A Brief description of Karma and Reincarnation Karma used to be identified as "a debt to be paid", however, in our changing times, karma is viewed more now as a set of lessons to learn and old, outdated, negative energies to be cleansed and removed. Karma is the guiding light which, keeps us in a pattern of reincarnating. Reincarnation simply means to incarnate again, to return to a physical body. Until we have learned our lessons and released our karma we will continue to incarnate. Who would benefit from a past life regression?
