- Sessions are conducted in two ways, either over the telephone
or if you live in the Virginia Beach area we offer private sessions.
Prior to your first session you will have completed all the pages
found on this page and have returned them. The information on
these pages will better assist me with preparing your first session
and tailoring your personal suggestions to ensure the best possible
results.
- It is also important that at least 2 hours prior to your first session
that eat some protein. This will alleviate any drop in blood sugar
during hypnosis. It is also important that you hydrate yourself
with water as well.
- The first hour of your phone session we will ascertain what your
issue is and determine what hypnotherapy method will provide
you with the best results. We'll go over The Theory of Mind, we'll
discuss your suggestibility types and how it relates to you
personally, then we will go into a lite hypnotic state.
- Once you've achieved the hypnotic state, we'll then move into a
deeper state using techniques called, the eye fixation, the finger
spreading and arm induction.
- These methods of hypnosis will allow you to go deeper which,
allows a more direct communication with the subconscious mind.
From this point, depending on what issues we will be working
through, will determine which of the many hypnotherapy
techniques are used.

| First Session usually requires 1-2 hours to properly discuss your presiding issue and going over which hypnotherapy tools will be used. The first session also includes your hypnosis session. As individuals we are all unique. The recommended number of sessions you might need will be discussed in your fist session. Some people only need one session, others will need more.
