This is Not a program about women’s lib or for equal rights….. it is a program
designed for women (men are also welcome) to teach women to heal the wounds,
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wounds caused by abuse.

shape & re-design your life from the inside out. After re-shaping and re-designing,
you’re moved into a state of reflection & resting which moves you to a Higher place
of developing your spiritual growth.
Moving on now….as you begin the journey of the “Dance of the Spirit” you will walk
along the path of:
Awakening, the first step, the initial step in our spirituality.
Dis-Covery – the next stop is the experience, looking for what makes us uniquely US..
Creating – recognizing we are part of the universal rhythm, finding your music within
Dwelling – the center point of spirituality, weaving the fabric of our Souls.
Nourishment – your spiritual growth needs to be nourished or we develop dry skin of the
Soul. Feed yourself.
Traditioning – Passing on our spiritual lessons to our young – building a healthier, more
loving, and spiritual future.
Transforming - Find yourself, renew yourself, we are the messengers of love and light.
Learning the skills of listening, questioning, mourning and bonding.
This course is a prerequisite as it is the building block of the entire women’s
spirituality program. As we dance together in Spirit we will explore many areas of
